How it works
The Healing Breathe method is divided into 3 parts, which are based on the alchemy of personal transformation and the hero´s journey, the one we all live to be reborn in a better version of ourselves.

Identification:Sometimes we find ourselves in a blind spot in life, where finding answers becomes vital.

Release:There is another stage in which we know the struggle, our fears and blockages, but it is important to take a step and release them in order to move forward.

Integration:We have taken the step, but we lack everyday life, that ability to integrate light and shadow and to live in our personal harmony.

Hi, I'm Humberto
I consider myself a passionate Breathworker, a spiritual traveler, and a holy child.
My life purpose is to help people in their process of self-liberation from emotional blocks and provide tools to improve their quality of physical and emotional health.
I faithfully believe that breathing can help heal and that more and more science teaches us how our mind can influence our breathing in the process of improving our health, I also believe that we are on a journey to discover its full potential.
For more than 20 years I have studied and taught Western and Eastern philosophy, deeply meditating on ancient principles of the cause of pain and this has led me to help multiple people and companies throughout my professional career.
In 2018 I had an existential crisis, everything collapsed in my life and people I loved turned their backs on me, it was the result of my decisions, but above all of emotional blocks that I could not understand, I was overwhelmed and this led me to embark on a journey to Poland, as part of a Wim Hof method expedition, and there my life changed.
